Purpose and Aims
The Tourism Industry in Malta and Gozo must be developed as as resident-responsive focus if we are to guarantee sustainable development, innovative product development and initiative. The Malta Tourism Society will work with other associations, NGO's ,Authorities, Local Councils and individuals to build a culture which befits the tourism market today and presents an acceptable image of the Islands to any potential visitor. |

To promote and advance professionalism in tourism
To support training and academic development
To uphold, explore and enhance best practice
To encourage sustainable development
To address local, national and international issues
